Revolutionizing the ISP Business One Building at a Time
High-speed, reliable Internet connectivity has become a crucial service for tenants, leading real estate owners to compete in a market that has long been dominated by overpriced, unresponsive legacy companies.
CCS has a new model: We build your own fiber internet network, putting landlords in full control of internet provision to their buildings. It’s an investment that soon pays for itself, creating an ongoing revenue stream.
CCS provides customized high-speed internet networks for multi-tenant buildings, creating partnerships that allow landlords to share in a lucrative new revenue stream.
And, because we’re agile and responsive, unlike the massive legacy companies, tenants get super-reliable high-speed internet for a fraction of the usual cost, with the added benefit of excellent customer service.

Company Overview
Established in January 2017 and veteran-owned, Commercial Connectivity Services, or CCS, now operates in several states across the country, including California, Texas, New York, and Virginia. As a minority-owned business, we are dedicated to meeting the critical need for robust Internet connectivity, particularly in areas where it’s currently lacking.
Our core strength lies in tailoring, implementing, and managing connectivity solutions to meet the specific requirements of our clients — while also creating a new revenue stream for landlords.
We have successfully provided internet services to high-profile office buildings, the largest retired housing complex in the United States, and numerous low-income housing facilities across several states.
We’re always looking for new opportunities to partner with landlords. Partners Jose Valenzuela and Jeff Skolnick, bring decades of experience to every project, and we’re always available to answer questions and solve problems.
Our Story
In 2017, a successful Los Angeles commercial real estate investor approached business partners Jeff and Jose with a unique challenge: Tenants kept leaving one of his 50-unit commercial office buildings because of the lack of affordable high-speed internet. Enterprise-grade fiber Internet was too costly. DSL was too slow. Cable Internet was unavailable.
Jeff and Jose had a unique solution: Instead of installing another company’s network, why not create your own?
And that’s exactly what they did: CCS stepped in to provide an in-house Internet Service Provider (ISP) solution, handling everything from installation, to sales, to support and billing.
Not only did the investor now have a top-of-the line internet network installed, which ensured tenant retention, he had also unlocked a new revenue stream: CCS partnered with the investor on the project, and now he receives a share of the profits from the ISP every month. A win-win.
We’ve since repeated this model in dozens of buildings around the country, going from strength to strength implementing and servicing high-speed fiber Internet for multi-tenant commercial or residential buildings.
We take the burden off building owners and offer convenient, high-speed internet to tenants. It’s a value proposition that has the potential to transform underutilized properties into increasingly valuable assets.
With Jeff Skolnick’s two decades of experience in sales and management, combined with Jose Valenzuela’s decades of expertise as a professional low-voltage contractor and Managed Service Provider, CCS has all the skills and resources needed to provide innovative connectivity solutions.
Get in touch, and we’ll assess your property and come up with a solution that helps bridge connectivity gaps, retain valuable tenants, and create ongoing revenue alongside innovative investment in your buildings.

Jeff Skolnick
FOUNDER
Raised in Connecticut and educated in Florida, Jeff Skolnick built a successful career in management and sales at prestigious private country clubs in the Los Angeles area. A born networker and salesman, Skolnick increased memberships and profitability everywhere he went, but eventually grew weary of “spending every holiday with 600 of my closest friends.”
In 2017, Jeff was introduced to Jose Valenzuela by a mutual friend and CCS was formed. The partners started by installing individual VOIP and wireless networks for tenants in large buildings, before having the brainwave that has cemented CCS’s reputation as a tech and telecom innovator.
Rather than serving individual tenants, Jeff and Jose began approaching landlords and offering to create bespoke internet networks for entire buildings. And from his country club days, Jeff knew the power of inducement — CCS began offering landlords a partnership in these networks, creating a new revenue stream from their existing buildings.
Today, Jeff manages the sales, marketing and customer service side of CCS. He oversees major projects and promotions and troubleshoots with clients.
Jeff lives in Los Angeles with his wife of 23 years. He has twin college-age boys and while he has left behind the world of country club management, you can still find him hitting the links whenever he can!

Jose Valenzuela
FOUNDER
Born in Durango, Mexico and raised in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles County, Jose Valenzuela discovered his passion for technology and telecommunications while serving in the Marine Corps.
As a 17-and-a-half year old Corps recruit, fresh out of high school, Jose was placed in a high-level mechanics class, where he fell in love with diagnosing and fixing everything from electronic components to Humvees. He graduated top of his class of more than 100 Marines and immediately entered the telecommunications field — first as a field representative and later as an installer and technician.
As his career progressed, Jose went to every industry training session he came across, while also studying at community college. He soon qualified as a low-voltage contractor, ready to take on the field as his own boss. Jose has since built two companies from scratch, and in 2017 partnered with Jeff Skolnick to form Commercial Connectivity Services.
As the business has evolved, Jose has naturally taken the lead on all technical elements of CCS’s work — overseeing complex installations, troubleshooting and creating a vision for the expansion of CCS’s groundbreaking projects.
Jose lives in San Diego with his wife and three wonderful children. In his spare time he loves to travel, mountain bike and nerd out on the latest video games and sci-fi with his sons.
